Profile Picture

So today my mom tells my niece to ask me to find an Egyptian picture for her profile picture in Facebook.  I find this funny because for the longest time my mom hasn't had a profile picture up.  So I ask my niece what type of Egyptian picture she (Mom) wanted. I asked Ankh? Nefertiti? Cleopatra?  So many to pick from I was hoping for a narrowing down of an idea.

So my niece ask:

Niece: Nana Aunt Angie want's to know what type of picture you want.
Niece: Ankh? Nefertiti? Cleopatra?
Nana/Mom: Oh just tell her to pick something.

So my niece comes back onto Facebook and says "Nana said just to pick something."  So I laugh and say okay give me a few minutes.  Now as my niece is asking my mom I'm already starting to look for pictures to post as her profile pic. Thinking of being cute I knew I wanted to post a pic of a cat.  *Mom doesn't like cats*  Well she likes them a little bit, I think she likes them more than what she lets on but she'll never tell.

So like I said I found the perfect picture.  


Now that you have "Walk like an Egyptian in your head. This is mom's new profile picture. I think from now on maybe she'll be more specific as to what type of picture.

100 reasons why I'm losing weight!


A new friend I've befriended via my fitness pal as friends to do this challenge.

 " I challenge you all to write 100 reasons why you are doing this!! *this meaning losing weight*" 

I thought this was a great idea. What a great way to start thinking of why? It will be great to see goals that you can later on cross off as you reach the goal. 

For me the reason for losing weight is to reach the goals that I really want to reach.

100 reasons why I'm losing weight!
  1. Better health
  2. Look better
  3. Not as tired
  4. Better looking clothing
  5. Will be able to swim with Dolphins
  6. Will be able to swim with Beluga Whales
  7. Will be able to swim with Whale Sharks (Not sure on this one) But had to list it.
  8. Be able to walk more than 3 miles without getting so tired.
  9. Lower cholesterol 
  10. Lower blood pressure
  11. Feel better about myself
  12. Having my legs not be as heavy *Hard to do since the lymphedema of the legs*
  13. No funny looks
  14. No insults
  15. Doing something for myself, that will in return help myself.
  16. Have more of a shape than just round.
  17. Have muscles that show.
Okay so I thought that listing 100 things would be super easy but as I'm sitting trying to think of different reasons I find that I'm having trouble.  But at least I've listed a few.
