A view of my first pot. Not the greatest but at least it doesn't have a crack in it like most first time people get. I love the color almost looks like a Statue of Liberty color.
Another view of my first pot.
Working on my 2nd project I'm hoping for a tea light holder. But I'm thinking it might not come out as I would like. But you can only dream. If it doesn't come out good it just doesn't come out good. But I'll still make sure I take pictures.
Me listening to others talk. We've met some wonderful women in class, and it's been a great joy.
One down side of long hair. It really loves clay. A good way to keep it out is braids.
So far we've loved class. Plus it gives us something to do rather than be on the internet or watch TV. I think this week will be a week to take a few snap shots of Bob working on his projects. I would like to add this isn't Bob's first time at pottery he took a few classes way back in college and I think at summer camp. So I fully believe that his projects are going to come out way better than mine.
But that doesn't matter. All that counts is that we both are having a great time.
We still have our Heart Walk coming up in Oct. You can still make donations. I can't wait for this walk to take place. I'll make sure that the camera comes with us, so we can update with pictures.
