Georgia Aquarium

I must say that we like Georgia so far. It's sorta like Boston. We really like that we have an IKEA again. Every state that we've lived in has had an IKEA except Tennessee. So that's another plus for Georgia.

This past weekend we wanted to do something different. So we got year long passes to the Georgia Aquarium. We loved it! Even though it was a bit crowded for my liking. We saw the AT&T Dolphin show it was AWESOME! For a dolphin LOVER like I am. The show wasn't as high standards as sea world, but I'll take what I can get. Although we thought it was a bit strange feeling as though we were going threw the TSA. Every bag was checked even purses. And you were scanned with one of those wand scan things for metal. We did say that we felt safe going into the aquarium.

After the show I spent an hour and half in front of a large glass window that lets you see the dolphins swim and play. A few times some of them came right up to the glass to say hi.

One of the Dolphins saying Hi.

Bob took this as a dolphin was passing by me. Was just so awesome to see one that up close.

Got any Fish to eat?

I just love watching them swim.

Bob relaxing taking in the view from a porthole

Bob pretending to swim in the ocean with the fish!

We had an awesome time at the aquarium sorta sad we didn't get to see everything but that's what a year's pass is for. A good reason to go back many upon many times.

Until next time!
