I've hit sort of a road block in losing weight. The first 20 or so pounds was easy, but now it's getting a bit difficult. So thanks to Pinterest! *I love Pinterest* I've found a cool challenge. So I thought I would share it with everyone. Now it doesn't say if you work from top to bottom or bottom to top. I'm going with you choose which way you want to go. I'm going from bottom to top. I just think that it would be easier that way. So the Challenge is as follows.
The Ninety-Nine Challenge!
I added 11 Jumping Jacks, 11 Crunches, 11 Second wall sit, 11 leg lifts, and 1 push-up since I'm new to this workout.

The 11 Minute Run is going to be a challenge. I can barely run for 1-2 miutes. I think that will be down the road, but I will start at the 22 series. See what I can do. This is a great post. Thanks.

ReplyDeleteA wall sit is when your back is against the wall and you been at the knees. Sorta like your sitting in an invisible chair. I just did the 22 part. Like you I'm lucky if I can run for 1-2 min. But it's a good challenge. Feel free to share the posting if you'd like.
