Update 99 Challenge / Kennesaw Swift-Centrell Park

Phew This 99 Challenge is hard but I'm slowly tackling it.  I'm on the 22's which seems light years away from being at 99 but I'll reach it.  I just have to continue with thinking positively.

I haven't taken any measurements for a while and am thinking that since this challenge that I should take my measurements to see how well this challenge is doing.  I know that I have to really work my upper arms and thighs.  I think that this challenge will make some difference in both.

I showed Bob the challenge and he said OMG! What are you trying to do kill me?  I chuckled and said that people have been doing this and that we could start slow.  Thus why I added the 11's into the challenge, this way at least you know that you've done some sort of accomplishment.  I personally know that not seeing an improvement or some goal that I've already reached that I would just quit.  It's easy to quit when you're trying to lose weight and better your health.  It's simple to go back to what was your normal eating habits, non-exercising habits.

Some exciting news is that on the 14th of July Kennesaw Swift-Centrell Park is having a Free Field Day.  The cool thing is that they will be having free classes that highlight four (4) different exercise techniques.

Yoga
Zumba
Cross Fit
Club Jam

I've tried a bit of Yoga and it's fun but I haven't tried any of the others.  I've seen Zumba on TV and it looks like fun.  But I've not heard of Cross Fit or Club Jam.  So being able to try all of these classes without having to pay for them is a plus. This way if we (Bob and myself) want to join a class at least we will know if we like it before hand.  I hate to waist money.  An hour class for free I think is awesome.   I'll  have to make sure to bring the camera and take pictures if I can.  It should be a fun day.  I'll try and come back on the 14th if I'm not to sore and blog about our day.
